Yes, I want to defend and promote marriage.
I know that marriage unites a man and a woman with each other and any children that result from their union. I am concerned about attacks on marriage and the family and the corrosive effect they are having on young people and society. I am concerned about the effort to redefine marriage. I want to join a positive campaign to rebuild a marriage culture starting with my own family and friends. I am prepared to Stand with Children and the common interest each and therefore every child has in the marriage of his or her mother and father. Children depend on adults to represent their interest.
